They have been calling our switchboard trying to find someone who supposedly works here.  The caller identified himself as law enforcement collecting a loan.  He threatened to come to our workplace and **** this person he thinks works here.  We do not know the person the caller is asking for.  When we couldn't connect him to the person, he called the operator ladies "MF" and other foul names and keeps calling back.  Each time he calls he repeats the same thing, insults the operators and says he is coming to **** the employee and her family.  It is definitely a scam--no legitimate company would do this.I was advised to report the calls to the State's Attorneys office and local law enforcement in Florida (where the phone number is from) and your location.

You can file a complaint with the FTC, just go to their website you can do it online.

I totally agree....I told them the same thing...."Mail me so****ing if I need to appear in court"..they told me I am being sued and the last time I checked you get court papers if you need to appear....they are some idiots

I received a call today from 850-810-5775 also and the guy said his name is Officer Thomas and he works for the US Government...LOL

They are a SCAM!! They called my job and said I would be arrested by the Flordia Department of Law. Well let me back up, 1st they said they were with the American Legal****ociation. When I asked them for a mailing address so my attorney could send them a letter as well as file charges a***nst them. The man jumped off and a woman came on saying this was the Florida Department of Law. I call the Fla Dept.of Law and spoke to their officer and learned that there is no charges filed for me and there can't be unless I did a crime in Florida. She suggest I c****e all my number but these people have actual information and I want them prosecuted for fraud. Please advise if anyone has found out how to bring charges a***nst these people?

I just came to work and I received a written message from a John at 850 810 5775 telling one of my co-worker that they are from the Federal Crime Dept and if I did not call him back ASAP I will be in very big trouble.  I called it and it belong to a John Customer and his voice mail was full.   I going to report them because regardless this message is not right and this is my work number. If this is true why haven't I received so****ing at my address.Give your opinion. Thanks

These packies have been calling me for a week or so. I asked for the name of the company the where representing. They would not say. The stated they were the federal crime department LOL. I doubt they are even in Florida. They may have just obtained a Florida number and could be calling from no tellin where.

FYI i called officer Dan  and asked for his badge # and which department he works for.  I call the FL police department and had no record of his name....don't trust them!!!!!

i got a call from this person, he said his name was officer dan barret, he had all my important information and threatened a lawsuit on me for a loan that i never recieved. i thought it was serious at first until i read all of these posts, thank god for reverse number lookups

call came from a 916 area code to call this number back, the message the person with an Indian accent claimed to be an officer and to call back or be in trouble.

This really is a SCAM!!! They claim their with the Federal Crime Investagation do not belive a word of it !!!!

They are a scam i have file bankruptcy and they wont keep from calling me.Ihave told told them that at lest five times but by the US bankruptcy they cant call me anymoore but if they keep doing so i can file suit a***st them and we can see how that goes

These people are horrible and disgusting adn are trying to take your money.  Authorities and a law firm will be contacted

yeah this company has been calling me a couple of times a day so i finally answered them.  they say they are a lawfirm and that i have a law suit in fla.  Now i never took a loan out from the company they said i did and the date they said i did it i didnt even have the internet.  they are frauds and thats all there is to that one.

its funny  how all the ones that say they are not scam all replied on the same day and all use an actual name not a screen name and this is a scam all you have to do is call the Florida court and then you will see if there is a case that you need to take care of and also they called me about 6 months ago and said that i would was supposed to be in court the following monday and there will be a subpoena sent to my house on that friday or sa****ay if i didnt pay them the money they claim i owed but guess what it never came

Yes, they are a scam, and i you're not careful they will scam you! After their calls, I had 2,000 taken out of my bank account. Be careful! The company they say I owe money to has never heard of them.

They are not Scam.This number belongs to the florida tallahassee Lawfirm.this organization was very kind to help me out and save me from the scam.They helped me a lot.So i request all of you to make sure that you recieve their phone calls and they will help you in a positive manner.trust me.

I used to recieve calls from this number since last two weeks. I also thought that they are scam and never answered their phone calls. but then my lawyer explained me that they are calling from a lawfirm and they are based in florida.They helped me to resolve this matter and i am really thankful to them.

No they are not scam.They are really calling from the law firm.I din't answered phone calls from then but then i got a call from the Lawyer stating that they are based in florida,and i really was bucked up. but after that this organization helped me out i and am really thankful to them.So i advise to cooperate with them and they will eally help you out.

I think you are getting it wrong.this person helped me a lo**** is a lawfirm i personally also thought that it is a scam but then they helped me a lot.They are situated in Florida.

I receives a phone call from this number from a mark anderson. He claimed to be with a lawfirm from flordia. I have not called this man back due to the fact it is a scam. I have not received any do***ents in the mail stating that I am behind on some bill and I don't live in flordia.
