I HAVE RECIEVED NUMOROUS CALLS FROM JOHN VINCET FROM AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT.  HE HAD A VERY HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT.  HE KNEW MY NAME, SOCIAL, MY HOUSE LINE AND MY WORK NUMBER.  I HAVE SPOKEN TO A LAWYER AND HE CONTACTED THE COUNTY AND THEY INFORMED ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT REGARDING THE BUSINESS.  IF THEY HAVE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS FILED A***NST THE COMPANY THEY CAN PURSUE IT ****HER.  THEY ALSO INFORMED ME TO TELL MY EMPLOYEER, "JOHN" ALSO CALLED THERE A FEW TIMES, AND THAT I NO LONGER WORKED FOR THE COMPANY AND WHEN THEY CALL THE HOUSE LINE TO TELL THEM THAT NO ONE BY THAT NAME LIVES THERE.  WHEN I DID TELL HIM THIS HE S****ED TO YELL AND SCREAM ON THE PHONE.  I SAID CALMLY AND NICELY THAT THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER AND TO PLEASE STOP CALLING.  THAT WAS 11/17/10 AROUND 5:30; SO FAR I HAVEN'T HAD ANY OTHER CONTACT FROM THEM.  THE LAST TIME THEY CALLED BEFORE THIS WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO.

Our business received a call from "John Wilson" with very heavy Indian accent.  Wanting to speak to a former employee.  Said that her personal information had been stolen and that if we didn't confirm her contact information, she'd likely have her bank accounts and credit messed up.I told him that I'd reach out to the employee and have her contact her bank and creditors.

Received a call from 850-810-5823 on my cell phone. Heavy Indian accent, hard to understand, tried to talk over me, bully me, and would not listen.  Saying a friend of mine, he listed name, took out a loan over the internet and used my name as a personal reference.  He then went on to say my friend was being sued for the money owed, and I was liable for the money if said friend didn't pay.  I didn't know anything about it, nor did I personally sign for anyone, which means I couldn't be held legally accountable for said claim, despite what this Ben Peiters said.  He only had my cell phone number and name, no other personally information.  He then said that if I called my friend and that friend called him back he would take my name off the list???  The return number given was ******0-5825, which is an unpublished number in Milton, FL.  The other number he called from, ******0-5823, is in Milton, Fl also.  Needless to say, my friend knew nothing about this.  IT IS A SCAM to get personal information.   They are not listed on the BBB either.

Got call form this Indian guy today from this number saying he was a lawfirm named Department of Affidavit and financial services. Accused me of taking a payday loan and not paying it back. Ran over my personal information including name, address, employer, drivers license number, and email address. Looked up the name of this "lawfirm" and found a number of complaints a***nst this company on Complaintboards.com. Appears to be a scam that is circulaiting around the Country attempting to obtain personal information from the callee.
