they constantly call my phone saying they are going to sue me for i think 5000 (could barely understand with the thick accent) i cursed the guy out and told him i googled their number i know they are trying to scam me and that im going to give their number to the BBB and file a complaint. the guy ***g up on me!

yes this idiot with a heavy accent left a message on my voicemail at work and told me he was going to come for me if i ignore his call or so****ing like that because his accent was truly one to be desired.  He said he was calling from some BCI or so****ing.  Somehow somewhere this has to be illegal for someone to call your place of business threatning you.

This number called me several times during the day. Never had any dealing with payday loans.

They have violated the FDCPA law!  No means no! and stop means stop!!!  They are relentless and can drive you to have a breakdown in one day..they called my job over 60 times!!!  Please do so****ing to this Dennis Stein and Ricky??  known as BCI.  Other number is 281-220-3426..but when they called me at work it came up as 000's..so hard to trace and block!!

I got a call from this number today at my work, he said his name is Dennis Stein from the BCI Bureau.  He said that I have a payday loan through US Cash Advance and they are suing me for a little over $3000.  He has my social secutiry number, home address, place of work and 2 of my friends numbers who I used as a reference to get a payday loan on line through another company.  I went on to the US Cash Advance website, they are not even in my state let alone in the same time zone and they only do payday loans face to face.  He said if I or my attorney does not call him by 11am tomorrow morning then I will be arrested, he even went ad far as giving me a case number.  I am having my attorney call him and deal with it.  When I asked him to mail me the proof of the debt he told me that by him mailing it to me then it means I am refusing to pay.

i received several calls from this number talking about a investigation to get $700 and i need to pay in 3 installments i dont owe anyone and i dont know who these ppl are they are all asian and when u ask where there calling from talking about law firm of california .  they also call from 203-497-3075 i want it stopped and i need to see who i need to put in a complaint with.

I received a call from 850-810-6152 from a man who identified himself as "Zach Millas"; I place the name in quotes because the man's accent was very heavy and so "Zach Millas" is the best I could come up with.  He stated that he was calling from the "BFI" (a***n, that was coming from the heavy accent" and that I, or my "defense attorney" needed to contact him right away.  His tone was quite menacing.Not knowing at all the basis for this call, I minimally contacted him to indicate that I was not "shying" from him; but was determined not to give him any information whatsoever.Indeed, during the phone call, he properly identified me, even with my social security number; but when he wanted to ask "one more question," I immediately told him in a most matter-of-fact manner, that I was not going to answer any of his questions and that if he had any more questions to ask, he was going to have to ask my attorney.Well, my attorney did not contact him and I have not heard from him since; this happened about three weeks ago.

This is a scam. Do not answer or return their calls. Report it and shut these ****s down
