Delivery

They call number on ordering account information, no matter what instructions were included as to delivery contact. If you send as a gift/convenience for family or friends, they will be calling you, not the designated recipient. Lowes really needs to work on their contact information programing.

This is XPO (W***ver that is) customer service. Called to verify scheduled Lowes delivery. They left a v-mail with correct delivery info and time frame for delivery.

Like the other calls, I received a message that Lowe's was attempting delivery of an unspecified item (that I did not order), using an address not****ociated with me (IMO sounded like a generic, made-up one).

received two calls last night saying they were delivering the next day. I didn't order anything from them this year. The next day, I receive a call from a delivery driver saying he will be late. I am very sceptical and annyoyed when I ask what he is delivering. He asks me if ___ is my address and I realize, it is my parents address and they had told me their riding mower was no longer working. The guy was delivering a riding mower to my parents address. I asked him why he had my number and not theirs? He said they look up a number on the computer when the order is placed. I called my parents who laughed that I thought it was spammer or worse. They were suprised Lowes had my number instead of theirs. My parents were expecting a phone call from Lowes the night before and said they never received one. I told them they did call twice.

I receved two calls from this number tonight to tell me my Lowes delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. Lowes calls the morning of the delivery. I don't have anything on order and our Lowes stores don't have anything scheduled for delevery for us.

Loew's uses a 3rd party to deliver appliances, etc. - This is it. Its OK.
