this number called me earlier today so i called them back taking the advice from this page. some guy from 1800 dentists answered!
When calling the number back, make sure to listen to all the options. Option 1 is to opt out of just that campaign, option 3 takes you out of all their marketing campaign's.

Calls but never leave messages.
Shows up as "Unavailable" on Caller ID. It's calling a SC residence. Wondering if it's calling only SC residences, or calling numbers in other states. They call every few days. I don't answer 800 calls. Called @10:50am today.
