Microsoft will never call you.
They told me my microsoft license had expired and they shut off shut windows of on my computer. They gave me a number to call which is where the ransom comes in. Just speculation on my part!
Say they are from Microsoft. It was a robo call left on my answering ma****e and said my windows had been turned off on my computer because my windows license had expired. Left me a number to call. (hehehe)
Someone called from this number and tried to tell me so****ing was wrong with my computer. I ***g up on him.
