They provide our insurance and will call when someone in the family is coming upon a birthday to basically remind us that "healthcare is important" and essentially say that we should schedule an annual check up. No harm, just a gentle reminder.

I just missed the call and I called back and a recording stated "Community Health Solutions of Louisiana".
Received a phone call late in the night at 10:39 pm which woke me up from a sound sleep, and there was ***ody on the other end.....dead silence. This is not the first time I get a call from this number. I have had more than enough.
