They claim that they can lower the payments and wanted to know if we use consumers or DTE... I did not give them any data and ***g up. I also blocked the caller.

Repeat caller from same number. Calles mulitple times in a row. No message left or no one on line.
Caller said he needed to talk to the person in charge of paying the electric bill. As I know mine is paid up to date and it sounded like a scam or telemarketer, I said, "No you don't." and ***g up. If this was from the electric company, or a legit call, then information should be on this site.
