However, you are ripping us off, as well, by withholding the name of the company who has this phone number unless we pay you money for what should be public information. This is URG, United Recovery Group, out of Utah. When I called their corporate office, the lady was just as rude and hateful as the 855 number (robo call) person who called me. They are rude, nasty, mean and put them on your do not call blocked list as fast as possible. I have no debt and do not have contact with the person they are trying to reach and haven't had for 12 years!!! But they still harass me.
I have received multiple calls and messages from this number. It is always a recording stating that they are trying to get in touch with someone that I have not idea who this person is that shares the same last name as mine regarding a criminal matter. I definitely think this is a scam and I have never tried to call the number back and won't be.
Scam artists. no proof, no information, no written follow-up of any kind. File a complaint with consumerfinance.gov!
