1. CSS****ociates working on behalf of Pack Management Phone- 855-295-8095 I received a voicemail that stated that this company was looking for me. A complaint a***nst me has been filed and paperwork is being sent to my local county clerk’s office. I called the number back to see what this was about and was informed that I took out a Payday loan in 2011 with Pack Management and because I used a check- Charges were being filed a***nst me for theft by check and deception of bank. I informed that I had no idea what they were talking about and that I do not remember taking out an online payday loan. They stated that they had all of my paper- they read off a lot of my personal information to me and said that they have all they need to get me arrested. I told them I have no idea what they are referring to and that I would need to see copies of the do***ents that they had on me before proceeding any further because I did not take out any loans. I also asked if I could have their physical address and the lender they are working with to verify the information they are saying. The lady called me a fraud at least 5x’s and said that I am trying to steal money and I would be going to jail soon for fraud. I told her – I had no idea what they were talking about and that until I get paperwork – There is nothing I can do. She said that they will file the paperwork by the end of the week and I will be picked up on my job. She ***g up on me – I called back and was ***g up on by multiple people. They have called my job and family members and said that I am in legal trouble.
