I received a call from this number saying they were a bill collector, naming a Dr I did not go to asking for $88.00. they said it was from May 2011. Very rude foreign man, hard to understand. I would pay it if true but looking this number up makes me wonder if it is a spam call! I wish I knew how to look into it further.

Some how they call me when I get off phone
I keep getting phone calls from this number but they never leave a voice mail message. I do not answer my phone if I do not recognize the number.
This number has called me three days in a row, around the same time every day. It shows up as 011-855-3028651. It is the only number that does that. They never leave a message. This is a new number calling me.
They have called several times, never leaving a message.
they Called my Number Twice in a row. I did not know the number so I did not answer, right after they called I got another call from the same number 10 seconds later. no message either time
