These guys are FRAUDS .. don't fall for their trick. They've called me a couple times now saying that they have received an error report from my computer (although they can't tell me which one) that I sent to Microsoft (I never do this) and then MS sent to them. I'm far from novice when it comes to my computer so out of curiosity I went along with it to see what they were going to have me do. They had me try to delete things from my event log (which you can't do they were having me try) and then they had me look at my processes and showed me that some were stopped (of course they are .. not all need to be running). These two things were 'problems' and they then tried to have me go to a website (I wish I could remember the name) so they could log into my computer and do who knows what. That's where I stopped and s****ed asking questions .. they eventually ***g up on me :) . They just called back a***n and I s****ed going along with them, but asking more questions up front. The 'supervisor' got on and told me I was 'testing his patients', lol, and he eventually ***g up on me too since he couldn't answer my questions. He said he was with a company called TechGig and was they were a 'microsoft certified company' and that MS has sent them my err log file. That's BS! Don't fall for their trick. ***ody should be soliciting to you to touch you computer
