Leave a CommentHe did the same to me....although he was not calling me....he was calling a friend and said he was a process server and would serve the papers in 24 hours if he did not hear from the friend.....I think that should be a***nst the law...my friend was trying to pay the bill but could not get hold of anyone.......
Called, stated that he was calling from the court house about a summons, gave a case number. Debt collector using strong arm tactics, aimed at friends and family to pressure action.
Has only called me once, but has called my friends several times a day regarding me. I called them, told them I was recording the call because by law they are not allowed to contact friends once they have confirmed my number and address. He said he was recording the call, I said Good, we both are. He told me I am not allowed to record it, and he ***g up. Some scam, but, they will contact all of your friends either on my****e or facebook or your email contacts...
They called me twice.
