Leave a CommentReceived a call on 10/15 . They stated it was a payday loan i owed from years ago. They had the last 4 digits of my bank account info and were asking me to settle the amount owed, or I'd have my case sent to court. They also tried to throw in that I'd owe much more if i chose not to pay right now, as I'd have to cover any court fees.
They said that a payday loan company had a lawsuit a***nst me. They wanted me to confirm my social security number and I refused. They never gave me the name of the company who was suing. When I refused to confirm my info they said they’d put me on do not call list and ***g up.
