Leave a CommentThey said they were Humana Pharmacy. When I was asked if I was (my name) I responded "yes". Then they wanted my birthdate... I ***g up and called Humana. They said that was not one of their numbers.
The automated system wanted me to answer "yes" to a question, which YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO DO. I So I ***g up, and I called Humana, and asked if this was one of their numbers, and she said no. They are now in the process of reporting it. I repeat, NEVER ANSWER YES. It can be recorded and used a***nst you.
