Ford customer service call followup on recent service at local dealer.

We filled out a form at local Honda dealer for cars of interest .. That was last week , this week this number s****ed calling multiple times a day ...the dealership has a relationship with auto trader.com .. Block it

Have been shopping around for a new car, didn't even purchase yet, and am getting these calls 1-2 times a day. Wish I knew which dealership shared my number so I could be sure not to buy from them. No messages left.

This is a company that tracks survey’s for auto dealership. I recently serviced my Toyota , I remember the service advisor telling me that I will be getting an email about his service and to make sure I take the survey, which I did, however what he forgot to mention is that the company who monitors the survey will be calling every 2 hours to speak with me. So needless to say I have been getting calls since this past Sat every 2 hours and don’t even leave a message. I have the number stored in my reject list. So my point never take any survey or if you do give them a wrong number…

Rec'd 2 calls yes****ay from that #. One today. Left no message. Will answer next call from that #. Got unlisted # which doesn't mean anything these days. I also pay for 'call screening' with Century Link where you dial *60 & press talk to activate. The #01# to reject last #. Problem is that feature cannot block Long Distance incoming calls. This is the year 2014 isn't it? And there is no technology to block LD #'s of choice? Will update if anything useful can be shared.

I am in law enforcement and provided an unpublished phone number to AutoTrader.Com to request that a Chevrolet dealer in West Texas contact me about the availability of a certain vehicle. No voice mail was left when (855) 363-1407 called my unpublished number. The number I used had not been circulated for more than a year prior to its submission to AutoTrader.Com for contact with Chevrolet - and the call from (855) 363-1407 was less than twelve (12) hours after the request for Chevrolet contact through AutoTrader.Com on June 24, 2014.

This number has called me multiple times and has never left a message. I am a professional investigator and have multiple VOIP phones that are untraceable. I used one of my phones from another state and called the number back. A female answered by asking me how she could help me. I asked her what company she is with and she responded by telling me they are doing follow up phone calls for dealerships for new vehicle purchases. She would not tell me any other details about the company. She asked me for my info as my phone number on her caller ID did not pull up in her system and I told her that was the point, to be as anonymous as she was being. I ended the phone call. I did purchase a new car within the past few months, however, I used one of my VOIP numbers on all of the paperwork and I'm a little annoyed that they have my real number. I'm not surprised they found it, as this is not hard to do with anyone, but still, eff off! Just ignore them.
