They called and in an automated message threatened all manner of illegal, unethical practices a***nst some guy named "Carlos ____________" This is pure BS. Reported to FTC and CFPB.

Caller informing me I have a claim filed ***nst me legal action, for unpaid bill. (I don't any anyone!) Name of company for caller or company owed and my name was not mentioned. Total SCAM!

Same as above messages. Called three times, first time she ***g up, second time went to voice mail box that was full, third time she picked up. Asked for my phone number and became irate when I asked questions, I told her to lose the at***ude and she ***g up on me

Name they used is not even my name. Same as all other comments--legal case, will call employer, file suit in your county, etc.

Said that they where going to sue me

Left a message on my phone stating that they were calling re: my case that is being filed a***nst me. She said that by law they had to make me aware of the case that is being filed in my county will be public record and an Order of Location will be done. Also said will call my HR and boss. Checked w/ HR and said that it sounded like a scam

they claim to be a legal agency, threatening to put me in jail if I don't comply.

Called the business i answer phones for, never asked for anyone just said they were trying to reach someone but now legal action is being taken.

Assigned to my case. Legal action is being taken up with my State. Now that we couldn't reach you by phone we are contacting your employer and immediate supervisor.
