Just got a call for my husband...#1. I work in corporate finance and am well aware of collection laws... They broke so many laws in 5 mins they would be shut down by the end of the day. #2 I KNOW **** good and well my husband doesn't have any outstanding debt. I asked for what CFS stood for "it dont stand fur nuthin. stop wastin my time".... Then I asked for the "Legal address".... The response I got "I aint givin you that. you might try to come ****** me or so****ing"... UMMM OK.... Then I clarified... LEGAL address vs PHYSICAL address.... They ***g up on me. Called back over and over and they **** up. They do have a computer system of some sorts since the last person saw when I called back each time. CRAZY...

I was contacted concerning another person about a complain and legal action a***nst this person. Message was on my voicemail.
Complete scam! They claim to be "CFS" saying they have court papers they'll file a***nst me, but they wouldn't give me their address. They wanted to know my whereabouts. Any debt collector would have your address, and would send you official debt validation letters in the mail. Classic scam. Don't fall for it!! Any legitimate business will gladly give you their business address. Please report this to the Attorney General's Office and FBI.
