Got the same call, didnt say who they were, just that I needed to call to sign legal papers or they will go to the next level. Didn't even say their name!
These scam artists got me about a year and a half ago and they left a voice message the other day! I recognize the voice. They scared me into providing my bank info to set up payment arrangements in order to avoid legal actions. My bank investigated the monies they took and reimbursed me because they found them to be a scam! DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE PEOPLE!

calls, tells you that they have been trying to contact you several times, press 1 to be connected to the office, legal do***ents need to be signed. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!! It is a SCAM! They get your bank information and take all of your money out.
