Spam called- Harris county Unknown Depositing new message Good afternoon this message is for ***** my name is Mark Daniels with Harris County. The reason for my call is to inform you of the sealed do***ents have been hired to deliver to you this Wednesday December 30. Please have a valid form of identification.

Said they had tried to reach me about a debt. The account number they gave me is the same I see online that others have complained about. They have even called relatives and my ex-husband (I don’t even have his number). It is getting ridiculous!

Left the message that calling because I was contact person for this legal action but left that blank with pause. Voicemail that my phone filter missed so I checked here & noted looks su****ious smells stinky it is a scam.

That it would be in my best interest to cooperate before final processing of legal do***ents being forwarded through my local summons division. That I was listed as a point of contact and would become a person of interest if they aren't able to locate____ no name was given. That I should call 855-399-3107 to call and discuss my involvement. This is a total Scam

Stated they were a Mediation Account Center. Said that I was a witness involved in a criminal investigation and that there legal papers were going to be served to the county clerk for me to appear as a witness to a crime. ...they continue to call from different numbers in attempts to reach me. FYI. You can have a blocked number or unlisted number. However when a toll free number is trying to call you they get your number from your mail list or anything online There is no way to block a toll free number.

They said they were going to threaten legal action over so****ing.

Claims there's a delinquent debt. Told him to **** off. Its a scammer trying to steal naive peoples money.

This is a group of people who use the name of real companies to try to get you to pay debts that do not exist. I only got one name from the crooks. Betcy Castro.

They said they were calling for someone named Amy.. I'm not may. Said there was a fraud case a***nst me and I had better respond.

Like the others; said I was a point of contact for someone sharing my surname. And that if I didn’t call back I’d be a person of interest. They called from (360) 226-0529 but asked that I call (855) 399-3107.

I believe this is the same person who called us with the same message about 5 years ago. His number he called from was 740-217-1583 but he advised me to call 855-399-3107.
