Claiming I owed money for Citi Financial and they were going to serve me papers.

They called my wife's phone and left a message for me to call back because a lien has been placed on my truck which is in my wife's name. And I owe the 43,000 dollars for a auto loan that I defaulted on. But I never had a auto loan that expensive. and I need to pay them now. No payment options wouldn't even tell me what court to appear in just I've been notified that my date was the 23 of November

They said they were mailing legal do***ents to my home, and that I had been warned and advised. If I failed to call, then further legal action would be taken a***nst me. I am****uming its a scam and I will delete them from my phone.

A young girl asked me if I was "& then called me by my first middle & last name"; she said she was calling to schedule a delivery of some legal paper work, and was wondering if I had been contacted about it. She gave me a 2020 case # & the above listed phone number & said to call them & schedule the delivery.

Person calling claimed me and my wife were involved in a law suit said she was scheduled to be at our house between 5 & 6pm, was wondering if we had received a letter from Gregory law firm, told her no, she replies I’m not comfortable serving you and that we needed to call Gregory law at 855-404-6175.

claimed to be collection agency. rude, and a***sive. idiots who don't know the law. beware, do not give them any information.

Wanted to serve papers to place of residence, providing a case number and phone number. They said that I should have already received notice of legal do***entation and that I should call the number provided to confirm delivery of papers. They said that legal action would be initiated if their communications were ignored.

Claiming to be a collection agency and threatening legal action. No do***ents or proof.

Female voice said name of firm so quickly, I could barely understand it, Said process server needed to dispatch legal do***ents to either my residence or place of employment. Two attempts would be made and to call to schedule time of delivery. She repeated most details, and my full name, stating this was an “urgent legal matter”.

Called and said I owed a debt from 2007. That I will be receiving paperwork and needed to sign for them. Yet no one has shown up

Said they were out to serve papers from Gregory Law Firm and left a case number. They said I should have recieved notice in advance of their arrival and they would need photo ID and signature and that further legal action would be taken if I attempted to avoid them.
