Potentially a callback to pay my overdue balance, the guy had my account and knew what I owed, asked if I wanted to pay it now and right after giving him the information he hung up. Tried calling back and the automated service randomly ended the call. Dont like it, not one bit.

This phone number is a call back number that was used when my old e-mail address was hacked spewing requests to my contact list for Amazon gift cards.

If you need help, especially with an AT&T cellular device that’s malfunctioned, then AT&T will use this number to call you multiple times, as a COURTESY, to ensure that your issue was resolved or if you still need more help from a representative WITHOUT WAITING IN LONG CALL LINES. If you answer when they actually call, then you’ll immediately realize that it’s AT&T making sure that you no longer are in need of PRIORITY****istance.

Robocall requesting permission ("press 1") to text links to surveys (from AT & T or 3rd parties). Addressed me as an AT & T business customer (I am not and have never had AT & T as my phone carrier).

I have this number blocked now because they’ve been calling twice a day for four days now. Annoying!

When you dual this number it sounds just like as if you’d dialed AT&T’s regular customer service number,(800)-288-2020, but I see from other sources as in instant checkmate, Been Verified, etc… that the number has been owned possibly in the past by a single make, a single female, etc….or maybe it belongs to a person who has all of At&T’s calls forwarded to him/her? I’m not sure, but I think I’ve had my fill of att. I can’t risk this kind of possible fraud. I mean it sounds exactly like AT&T’s one 800 customer service number but I have no idea if it really is or not? I don’t know how Any of us are supposed to tell what is real and what is not anymore regarding the Internet. Good luck everyone!

This number belongs to one of AT&A's tech support people. I was on the phone with her after dailing the main number and when we got diconnected she called back from this number. She was in Oklahoma.

Received a call from this number today and did not answer. They did not leave a message, Called back & it was A T & T but they said they did not all me and this was a spam or s**** caller. So glad I did not answer.

If I hadn't authorized it, I should call 877/so****ing or other 2720 and press 2, then 1. Since this was a wrong number, maybe it was harassment rather than phishing.
