We just had a new Security/alarm system installed (January 2018), and they were asking about the installation and corroborating some information they had.
I ANSWERED THE CALL IN MID-AFTERNOON. THE RECORDING SAID...THIS NUMBER IS HAVING A PROBLEM..THEN ***G UP. SO IT IS NOW BLOCKED ON MY iPHONE.
ANSWERED THE CALL AND WAS TOLD BY A RECORDING THAT THERE WAS TROUBLE ON THE LINE. CALL IS NOW BLOCKED

It is a security monitoring company called Monitrocs. Member of BBB national know company. it's legitimate
I have been getting calls from that number as well. That number is a company called monitronics-which is an alarm company. I think it's scam, so look it up. I',m not sure how they got my cell phone number. Hope this helps.
