Leave a CommentThe caller said they had court papers to deliver to my work. I told them they could not do that. They said to call that number and they gave me a claim number. I think it is the same number****ociated with people who committed fraud a***nst me.
They said they were looking for one of my family members and had a few addresses. Stated they had a court do***ent and gave me a claim number. This number is the one they told me to call regarding the information pertaining to the company filing the claim. Sounds like a scam, because they called my work cell.
they said they could not locate me but they were going to go thru my employer to get my location and that I have a claim with my county and I need to call if not I give up my rights
They said they were sending someone to “locate” me and filing a claim in county court

I received a call saying they are taking me to court. I believe this is a scam
