First call they left a message, hard to understand, but said IRS, and some legal BS, Called a second time, press 1 to talk to an agent... a***n hard to understand voice message with heavy British accent, then answered by someone with almost impossible to understand foreign accent who had no idea who they just called and wanted my name. (They called me) I believe a phishing IRS scam.
