Lol they said I owe federal taxes (which is not true) & they wanted to set up a payment plan
Sylvia from processing, no company name, different number left for me to call back, the guy on the call back number asked about my back taxes, asking about how much I owed, when I said "none!" He said the reference number to me, then said he would text Sylvia and have her call me right back,,, never got that call back, go figure.
Sylvia says she can help me with the federal back taxes I owe. And I definitely don't owe federal back taxes.
Said she was from processing and when i called the number back some random dude answered with just his name not even a company name.

Processing for who? This is a Scam, any real company would identify themselves. These are tax scammers!
