I recieved a similar call today stating they tried to serve me paper and that they were return undelivered ********* when I tried to call the number it stated they were away from there desk call back in 15 min I know they law they messed with the wrong person I called the FBI

This also happened to me. I called the police and clerk of courts to confirm it was a scam. Also called the law office of the only attorney I could find under this name, and apparently she practices only in Maryland and does medical law regarding spas, etc. It is definitely a scam. BUT they did get my ***her’s phone number too and left him a similar message. They told him it had to do with some issue regarding the time I lived in Europe. But when I called the number and confronted the woman I spoke to about my su****ions that it was a scam, she ***g up on me and blocked my number.

Same here, I called 855-***-1398, exact same detail : Supposedly belongs to a Darcy Smith, attorney. Number left by a supposed process server from 805-842-0334 and 559-899-0636 Gave a past due claim from a creditor I never used - Capital one, gave a bogus case number in local (jeffco co court)
