My wife was getting the same calls. Saw this info on another site- You can also get hold of Bay Area Credit at 800-697-1234. Guy I talked to (Gabriel Nelson) sounded Indian and said he was trying to get hold of Stacy Dye. Told him he had wrong # , that he'd been warned never to call a***n and I was filing a complaint. Hope we don't here back from that BS bottom feeder.

Consistant non stop calls on the home and cell phone with no person, recording or message. When i answer no one on the other line. Tried to call the number and did a reverse look up to find out who the caller is...it came back as Bay Area Credit Services.

They wouldn't identify themselves and kept asking inappropriate questions. When I tried to call them back, it said this number can't be dialed. They con't to call me numerous times a day.

This company continues to call me looking for someone else after I have told them that I have never heard of the person and that they have the wrong number. Calls every day. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I have run into strange numbers like this and found that who ever was calling from the number was committing some sort of fraud.

This is my boyfriend's unlisted landline and he owes no debts. After hearing some of you have been receiving calls for years I'm very worried. Last week I got calls on my cell phone from a scam company in India telling me to send money to them right away or they'd have me arrested for three federal charges within the hour. Filed complaints with the FBI, FTC, BBB, and IC3 and had to have my cell number c****ed. They had all my information ss#, DL#, address, phone numbers, bank info and more. This was for a fake loan. How do these s***s get our info?

I have recieved over 30 calls from this number. I answered it a couple times and they were trying to collect a debt for somebody else and I told them that I wan't the person they are trying to find and to never call the number a***n. This was ineffective, they call almost daily at Anytime of the day or night. I saved the number in my contacts to identify it, and I do not answer it. But has become very very annoying.

They have been calling endlessly, sometimes every 30 minutes for 4 or 5 times a day. They always call my cell phone, not my home phone. I am on the dont call list. Stop calling!

These people have been calling off and on for two years. They ask about my ***her who died. Would not tell me why they are calling. Wanted to talk to executive of the estate. These IDIOTS from 855 515 3445 keep calling me and asking for my FOSTER BROTHER!  I tell them NOT to call that its not his number and they continue to call.  I am considering filing a police report.  He was RUDE and basically told me he could call my cell phone whenever he wanted!  Its a bunch of **** especially when its NOT MY BILL!

It is the company Bay Area Credit - they are a Collections company - I know cause I owe them money for an ambulance ride I had... The call every day.  They are just doing their jobs - I know if I paid, they would go away.

I am glad I found this here. I have been getting calls from this # for about a week now every day, at least 1 time;sometimes three...I wonder what we can do to stop them?

I get many of these types of calls regarding my 94 year old uncle.  I ask what this is about....and they say it is a personal matter.  I say:  You mean he has rights to privacy?...Yes!  I say; "Well I'd love to help you with any information  BUT his rights include me not sharing'" "Have a great day and don't call back because you'll be talking to me a***n."Loving it!

The caller ID had the text "TOLL FREE" in the display. About half the time, the caller asks for our adult son who is ins***utionalized in California and under court ordered conservatorship. They refused to believe us about his situation and keep calling back asking for him. H E L P us stop these calls.

The actually contacted me at work asking for one of my employees. I told them he was not in and what was the nature of their call. He replied like this "I'm actually calling in con(***g up) So I just said whatever and left it alone. They haven't called back since but he did have a south asian accent.

Just when I got done submitting a report at this website, Bay Area Credit Services called a***n.  Twice within 1/2 hour - and a***n, no message.

They called me at least once a day for months, even on Christmas Eve.  After somehow tracking my Mother down at the Memory Care Unit where she lives due to dementia, I called them to tell them to leave her alone. A guy with a heavy accent who disconnected the call after his attempt to argue with me didn't work.  He kept asking me who her Power of Attorney is, and refused to say why they kept calling, and would only tell me if I sent them a copy of a Power of Attorney.  As if I'm going to send any Joe **** legal do***ents regarding family business. They keep calling but won't say why?  What's the point then?! I submitted a complaint to the FTC, the calls stopped for about two months.  They just s****ed a***n tonight.  I'll have to submit another complaint.

I received a call from this number, answered and heard some talking in the background but as soon as I said "hello" they ***g up. IRRITATING!!
