Tries to convince you your computer has been hacked.
This is a company who claims to have a contract with Microsoft as well as several other legitimate companies. I called Microsoft and discovered that they have no outside contracts with anyone for support. If you don't have Microsoft, but another company I suggest you call the company directly and find out if they have this or any other outside computer companies handling their software support.
