Appears to be from Bank of America stating that your account has been frozen to clear up any questionable charges you've made. Appears to be a positive thing but call the number on the back of your credit card to be sure you're talking to the right people.

They are phishing for Bank account info claiming a purchase was made that might have been fraudulent then asking for bank info. We called our bank directly and verified it is a scam.
