Chris I also am getting calls from providence 8555832044. They are saying that I am beeing summoned to court for attempting to defraud a financial ins***ution for not paying a online payday loan scam. My bank closed the account cuz they knew when the company deposited the funds they were phony and they cut the SSM group from getting any funds from account. They also had another woman call named ms greene and she is "A State appointed Proccess server" and is calling to tell me that they have tryed to send me a summons to appear before a judge and the summons was retuered and now they are going to personally find me. I laugh because they havent sent nothing. and "state appointed Proccess servers dont call they come to your house. They are so full of BS and imperssonating a law enforment officer! They are so lame! You cant go to jail or court for this situation, they are so phony will try to say anything to scare you!
they called my cell, and work. The are stating that due to non response my case has ben escalated to level 2, and needed my immediate attention. otherwise they would issue a warrant for my arrest. I say, let's see, since I work in law enforcement.
i just received a call to.... its crazy they said so****ing about a previous address and said i was fine and dismiss the call
received phone call on cell regarding "bad check charges". Said her name was Amy so****ing and had court papers to serve and gave address. Amy left the number to call; tried the number and the number is "DOES NOT EXIST"!!!
