urgent message saying legal documents were undeliverable , and i have to call to get in touch with my "court appointed attorney, Tony Brown"
i got a call from a unknown number. her name is Vanesa calling on behalf of Denver county process servers office that they were contacted to deliver papers for court. documents were returned undeliverable to the address they have on file. to avoid any further legal complications or risking fail to appear in court i most contact attorney on file Anthony brown at 855-619-3766
They left a message saying they were calling from my county process server law firm and they received papers back that were mailed to the address that they have on file. In order to avoid missing court I need to call back.
Is a spam.. dont call them back.
To call. That I was been process and there is a case against me. Call from private number blocked number.
Claimed to be with my county's process server and had documents for me about a case against me. Left a 855 number to call back to talk to attorney named Jackie Smith. Put on hold several times and got rude when I asked for more info or asked for info to be sent to me. She rudely hung up on me. Scam
Well now the name is Tracy and same thing. Didn't call back, but vm mentioned she was from Travis County Service Processing. No such case number in my county.
The same story as everyone else. Apparently, there is only one attorney (Jackie Smith) in charge of many cases. Many red flags so I ain't calling them back
Same as above
Recvd a call from these clowns also from a blocked number stating I need to call attorney Jackie Smith that is representing some court order against me and gave me this # and a ref #. She said call before COB and I said yea that's going to happened and laughed, she laughed also as I hung up.
left a voicemail on 3 of my phones including my sister in law's to call back regarding the serving of some papers that needed my signature. i called back and got a voicemail that doesn't state the company...most of the time they're closed and don't accept calls from blocked numbers
Blocked number left voicemail quoting a case #. Said they had tried to serve me and I needed to sign papers. To call this number to speak to the attorney for the case. They don't accept blocked calls (the irony!). Clowns
Called from blocked number with a song and dance about serving me papers and needing a signature. Left a case #. I called them back and they don't accept calls from blocked numbers. LOL
From the court process server office asking to sign papers and call back with case #. Red flags: 1) counties don't have process servers, 2) you will never get a call from someone who is trying to serve you, 3) their VM doesn't state office or lawyer's name, 4) case doesn't exist in my area, 5) doesn't accept calls from blocked numbers, 6) legitimate servers don't need signatures from you
Unknown caller. County process server, Alex Ellis, tried to serve me papers. Asked to call back and reference a case #. I did a search for it in the courts for 6 surrounding counties; doesn't exist and doesn't conform to existing case formats. They don't take calls from blocked numbers. I called from an unblocked number. The voicemail doesn't state the name of the lawyer or the county office.
Same as previous entry. --I received a call from a "unknown" number, woman on phone told me it was the county process servers office calling because they had tried to deliver court documents to me but were undeliverable. She knew my full name and that i should call 8556193766 and give a case ID # and ask for Jackie Smith who is the attorney for the case.
I recieved a call from a "restricted" number, woman on phone told me it was the county office calling because they had tried to deliver court documents to me but were unable because no one was home to sign for the documents. She knew my full name, birthdate and phone# and she said that i should call 8556193766 and give a case ID # and ask for Jackie Smith who is the attorney for the case.
