This is what they left via voice mail. They threatened to garnish my wages or income tax return in order to try and collect on an eighteen your old debt. “This message is for Jeff ____ my name is Joe Williams I'm calling with process service dispatch reason for the phone call I did have a summons to appear in court been dispatched out to the property on file if there's any questions”
Dont respond they are bogus
Calling about fake debt and asking for payment
That they are sending papers to my job to go to court re: a dodge stratus that was repo from me over 10 years ago. When I asked the year he became very rude
Called to tell me there is legal action a***nst me. They wouldn't give any other info aside from a phone number to call. The person calling was female but said their name was Joe Williams. Fishy? I think so.
Received threats from this place about a lawsuit but didn't verify who or why.
