They said they had papers for me. They said that they could not deliver them so****ing about my address.

Called my son stating they were trying to serve me court papers. I would get "Failure to Appear" if I didn't show up. Said lawyers name is Allen White, Case # 2421068 and phone number 855-676-2605.

Tried to deliver do***ents for court summons but was returned. Told to return call to a Scott Lopez with a case number. Call came up “unknown caller” but wanted me to return the call to the 855 number.

Sais there is a court order for me to appear in court and to call this number 855-676-2605 to speak to Tony Morgan attorney

No name, stated they were a process server for the county and they have legal do***ents to deliver. Stated I needed to call the attorneys office (did not name an attorney or the office) or I was at risk of missing to appear in court. I called my county clerk and I have nothing filed a***nst me and they even checked statewide. Call your county clerk and do not call them back.

They said that I have a judgement being put a***nst me for a credit card that was open in 2008 and closed in 2014. I never had a credit card.
