THIS IS A SCAM 100%. They may tell you that they are an investigator offering a counter offer on a law suit, that you are a defendant, or that you owe them money for a payday loan, ect ect. They will tell you that legal actions are being taken or will be taken a***nst you including but not limited to: going to court, jail, warrents for fraud, warrents in general... They may/will have personal information on you including social security number (or last 4 digits), maiden name, address or previous address, email or old email, banking information, contact information on your friends/family/employer. Most people who have reported this company have also reported that the calls s****ed soon after applying online for a bank account, credit card, or personal loan. They try and make everything sound legit, since we all know scammers generally take a one hit quit once they get financhial information- whereas these people will "set up" payments and even tell you that you have to sign a 'legal authorization form' for them to take the money from your account(s). Do NOT fall for it!! These places can be googled to find website for filing complaint, so please file a complaint/report with your state attorney general's office, the better business bureau (bbb.org), consumer protection agency, federal consumer complaints (http://www.fcc.gov/complaints), federal trade comission (http://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc), consumer reports, and the most important one to submit a complaint/report is The FBI Extortion Scam website (http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/paydayloanscam_120710)- the link for the form to submit is under what you should do if you get these calls. Please keep in mind that any "legit" debt collection agency/company/business must follow certain laws. You can look these up online. One of which is that they are in no way allowed to harass you or your famil/friends/emplyer, and are not allowed to threaten you. As a former employee of a REAL debt collection agency, I can****ure you that this type of behavior would hold legal reprocussions for the collection agency. All they can do is report it to credit agencies (equifax, experion, trans union). You will not go to jail for not paying and they can not take warrents out on you for this no matter what information they have or what they tell you. They may threaten you with court, tell them to bring it on, as they are a scam! and will not persue the matter. If you want the calls to stop, you can tell them you're reporting them to the federal trade comission, attorney general, bbb, and fbi extorsion devision. Chances are they will **** up before you get all those out of your mouth.

I found ot through other websites of complaints that this number is registered with Ring Central Department. Pleas call Ring Central Legal Department at 888-528-7464 and file a complaint. I just got off them phone with them and they are going to investage this company and that they are a scam. Hopefully the more calls this company gets hopefully these low life people with get shut down and go to JAIL!!!!!

They called, a bot gave me a message asking if I knew a person, who I didn't even know. Obvious spam.

Refused to give me more information about their outfit. Then they ***g up on me.

These people called me and wanted to know about a location of an individual. SPAM. Iden***y Theft, etc...

Total scam. This number is a scam as written in countless message boards all across internet. Threaten to report them, or better yet, do!

I have received 2 calls from this number, but they also call my husbands cell and my family all at the sametime. I have no bills in collections, but they say I have warrants out for my arrest if I do not confirm with them my SS#. When I called the police station to make sure I did not have any warrants (which I knew I would not) they said it is a scam. They call people tell them they have warrants and to make them go away they need to pay so much money. Government says there is no way to stop them.
