This was a call in regards to a loan that I had taken out with Cashnet years ago. Richard explained to me that cashnet had submitted a court case a***nst me for not paying the loan off with cashnet Richard explained that in order to keep this from going to court and having to pay a higher amount , cashnet was willing to allow me to pay X amount to settle the account in full.

Said they were calling in regards to a filing number, and that I have this amount of time to call them back and give them my updated information, they have called 3 times from the same number stating the same and leaving the same number to call back to and if I don’t they will contact my employer, but they also state they know my location(s) but yet still need my information?

When I called they wanted all my personal information, and wouldn’t let me know what the phone call was about unless I released it. Of course I didn’t. The phone number they provided for that office is 855-701-3329 please beware.

They called my sister saying they’re location services civil suit and saying That I’m being sued because someone complained about me.

Kayla said she was calling from Location Service. She was looking for my sister. She repeated her name and age and that she must call 855.701.3329 or her claim would be forfeited.

Says she is form Premiere Premiere

This person wanted to speak to my husband to verify his address for some paperwork she said she was supposed to bring out. The phone number on the caller ID was a local number but she gave this number, 855-701-3329, to call to ask what the papers were about. She said she was a third party working for a company called Premier.

This is a scam a different number calls you and leaves this number in the message. I called the number that called me and it would not go through. Total scam
