Yes we did get a call from these fakes. I heard that two of the so called managers are pedi-files. I agree on contacting the F.B.I. ; Homeland Security ; U.S. Attorney General for making ***** threats to people. Expose them to C.B.S. ; N.B.C. ; A.B.C. ; and or Fox News network. If someone can do this maybe this will enable someone who works for then and or a former employee come forward. These folks are making ***** threats to several people and a couple of the managers are pedi -files on children. So someone contact the ( above ) authorities and or the news networks A.S.A.P. WE ALL NEED TO CONTACT SOME IF NOT ALL OF THE MAJOR TV NETWORKS WHO CAN HIRE AN INVESTIGATOR TO LOOK INTO THIS MORE, LIKE A.B.C. ; C.B.S. ; N.B.C. ; FOX, ETC...AND ALSO THE F.B.I. ; ATTORNEY GENERAL ; AND HOMELAND SECURITY FOR MAKING ***** THREATS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE NATIONWIDE!!! THEY ARE MAKING ***** THREATS MOSTLY TO THE ELDERLY RETIRED PEOPLE.

I received a call from Cincinnati OH regarding the same thing, that I am a defendant and referred to a case number. They wanted me to call this number but it wasn't the number they was calling from (513) 605-7545. They left the 855 number for me to call them.

These people are complete BS. They called my ***her using words like "defendant" & "investigator" using scare tactics which he didn't fall for, but it is so frustrating having to deal with situations like this so don't trust what they say!!!

These s***bags have been calling my daughter leaving messages that I am a "defendant" and gave a case number. I know these ******** tricks but it scared my daughter. These are sewer slime bill collectors using fear to contact people. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!

Received a recorded voice mail on my WIFE's cell number, looking for a AD GUERRA, and referred to Case # CR2.........when I called they picked up the phone and said "Investigation" I said no criminal record or pending issue with my name....long story short, they said they were representing a Law Firm, I requested an Address, and they refused to provide one, so I said I can't give my credit card # without their information also they refused to send any mail through USPS.....so then, they transfer me like 4 times,(to my native language Spanish, to English to someone speaking in a "ghetto" accent) ....and finally DUMDUMMDUMMM with "the one who runs the office" haha, (unprofessional and rude) she said..."here is the deal ..I do the talk here..you are ready for court", she said..."How far you are from Palm Beach Gardens?" (I reply ONE HOUR) She said..."Is that Excursion in your driveway is yours" ( I reply yes) she said ..."Well Mr. Guerra, your case will be in court"....I said (Sarcastically) "Thanks" I DO NOT GET IT......A LAW FIRM talking like that...hahahaha. They're such a joke.

I called and got an answering ma****e and they said they were the investigative dept and to leave your case number, name and phone number and they would get back to me. I ***g up.

It is a collections agency. They pretend to be an "investigative agency" and use words like "defendant." That's just the game that they play.
