This is a spam call. When you asked them what type of company they say they are an “External Arbitration company” then when you ask what is that? I don’t understand ? The lady proceeded to tell me it’s a company that settles disputes prior to filing to settle at court. SCAM. Don’t fall for it and let your families know because they blocked me and then called my brother trying to scam him saying I was in big trouble. Be careful! Do not give anyone your information and the law does not do that!
