Received recorded message on 10/17/2014 saying they had received a claim a***nst my name and social security number. I didn't call them back, but I****ume they would try to get my name and SSN from me if I did. Don't call them back. No legitimate agency operates like this.

Received a call from 855-782-1158 today; they left a recorded message saying that they received a claim a***nst my name and SS#. Very fishy and questionable.

I got a call yes****ay and was told there is a complaint a***nst my name and ss# from a payday loan in 2006 called me by my maiden name... very rude... said I owe over $1000.00 I had night mares about it. They said if I didn't pay they would garnish my wages and come to my work to serve me.

they called me saying that there was a court order from th sirs and i need to pay $6,000 . they also have my name address and were very rude and used inappropriate language when i kept asking asking questions to figure out what was going on.

I received a VM stating there was a complaint a***nst my SS number with a reference number leaving me direction to call 866-244-7206 to file my "statement of intent" yeah - right on that ;)

I received a call from this number, telling me I have a court case a***nst my SSN. They are using my maiden name. They ask me to verify my SSN and when I refused and asked why they were calling they ***g up. I called back and the same women answered but ***g but once I repeated my request as to why I was receiving phone calls from this number
