received this call from this phone # a short while ago. They left no message and caller id read "out of area". Does anyone know who this is? thanks.

Called and left no message....
Let this kind of call ring at least 3 times before you answer. It usually causes the call center to move on to the next operator and you will hear a long pause after you answer -long enough for you to **** up. If I don't hear someone respond immediately I **** up.
