Voise mail was all silence of call center noise faintly in the background.
I never answer calls from unknown numbers so it really didn't bother me, but the authorities can have the power to look up this phone number and should do so!

Said he was following up on my Social Security disability evaluation before closing file. He asked me to return call. Thanks to the previous commenters. -Phishing by phone. He would obviously require me to give my SS# to 'look up my file.'
