Leave a CommentI had used my Google voice number to contact and call this number because I am not having my personal number flagged in their system. I had reached out because I wanted to get to the bottom of who of a 254 number was telling me to contact as far as an office is concerned. Upon the call the individual only stated a name "Darnell" no "thank you for calling xyz my name is Darnell" would not give me information on the company, no address, why this number is not popping up as a business number or collector/claims phone number...nothing. For all they need to know maybe I want to settle this in person with my attorney. But they would not disclose which goes against TCPA and FDCPA acts especially in my state. They refused to provide a business name till I gave the claim number and verify my birthday. Which I will not do. Please do not fall for this and they are REAL people not AI....please read about these laws to protect you because they are saving me right now.
