Leave a Commentcaller demanding payment for a vehicle debt without providing any accurate information. States they are a server.... forms to be sent to an old address.
These spammers called my boss. They are your typical Zombie Debt Collectors. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission since it's illegal to contact at a place of employment. I have perfect credit and monitor my credit report monthly.
Left a voicemail stating that they are legal support service. They have mailed out a file via certified mail and need a signature upon delivery. If a person is not available to sign the do***ent, call back at 855-807-8535. There is NO name for the caller at all.
They lie and say they are sending a legal thing, DONT FALL FOR IT OR MAKE ANY PAYMENT. These are old debts that aren’t on credit report, and payment re-ages the debt and it can then go on credit report for 7 years. DONT PAY ANYTHING
left message, they will be delivering some paperwork to my residence which will need signature. if not will be contacting my employer.
say they are ********law firm, they had personal info about a dillards credit card i had in 2006 and were going to take me to court and gave me a settlement amount they wanted me to pay.
Said they have do***ents that require my signature, and if I don't call them it will become a legal matter. SCAM.
Said the were going to deliver mail for my husband to sign from a credit card balance from 2003. Sounded very official and they had a lot of true, personal information. I asked for their website but was told they don't have one.
Asked if I was going to be home so I could sign for mail
Says they will be at my house to deliver a letter.
This is a number left by a scamming deal to scare people into giving up personal info.
