Supposedly i have an acct thru this #. Im told to call back to speak with someone well on the 2nd ring it doesnt go thru. I have done this numerous times over past couple of days. They call/ text my kids since when they call Im working I cant answer their call. They also text my childs former roommate with a text for me to call. I have spoken withsome one before 2x to set up a pmt arrangement. Now since my son mentioned this s****ed at least 6 yrs ago and now a***n. Dont know how they got their #s. Now I cant talk to anyone
