I just received a call from this number from a Mr. Wiley stating I would be getting a summons. It freaked me out. And, the fact that he said he would be coming to my house to get it so to be ready with ID and all this stuff. Yuch. I was glad to come on here and see someone else got the same thing. Man, people are low.
This is a collection co. Claims they are legal outsourcing and of course they have a summons. Stated they would com to my job an I would need a supervisor or security there in order for me to accept the summons. What a bunch of horse****. First of all I'm self employed, *****s, second I just got a call days ago from similar company for my brother who I haven't seen in 4 years. They are not allowed to legally threaten to show up at your job to collect a debt, and WHEN HAS ANYONE ever needed a manager or security, or 2 forms of ID to get served? Not unless it' a huge some of money you will be receiving. They are obviously phony scammers. ***ODY stress on these idiots. I did call back and leave a blistering message full of cursing, told them to stop calling me.
