Called saying they couldn't deliver do***ents from a process server for a debt from 2015. But are willing to settle for far less to make the "summons go away". Called back and never got to speak with Jackie Smith, but a Jennifer Levy from Walker Overson Law office. Complete scam.
The woman left me a message for my partner that I'm calling on behalf of the process service office where c****e delivery of do***ents for you to appear in court ...... to avoid any further legal complications, please call to attorney, Anthony Brown with a case number *******x What a SCAM!!!!!!!!
They called me and my son saying they had court undeliverable court papers. I looked up the number and got several people saying this is a scam!! Please be aware!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
Phone never rang, got a voicemil, said they were a processor trying to serve a summons for court. They leave a number to call the attorney in charge of the case. That's not how it works, I am in the legal profession and I'm ssuming they want you to pay money for them to make the so called "court summons" go away. I have received a similar message for so****ing like this before.
