call daily saying I have an immediate need to resolve an issue with their office. have left different case numbers. when calling back say I owe on so****ing that I have written proof of paying and they they spin it to say that didn't include other fees. have read the original contract and it is not true. they've calle my work phone after being told to not call and remove my work number.
