I never pick up on these calls. Block them but they call from a diff number, possibly using a service.

Debt...the person called my ex--wife. This was a clear flag to me of a scam. I don't understand why this site is taking info, but not addressing the issue of scammers.

Just like all the other posts here... Says "Your bank draft agreement for dismissal has been breached". Never had any agreement or debt with anyone. By the way, they c****ed their phone number to 844-844-2512. Apparently, when so many people report them, they have to c****e their number to keep the scam alive. So be sure to block any call with 844-844-2512. These people are TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!

They call constant from different numbers that’s the name they gave me

Can't understand most of it, but they make sure you can understand the phone number to call!

I called the number and Mr. Green was in court. The lady told me I had to pay $640 in full or go to court. I said i couldn’t pay and she said “good luck in court” and ***g up on me. I called back to speak with this Eddie guy a***n and the “new” lady said that he was a police officer that serves papers.

Claims my account has been breached but does not identify what account and no company information given. SCAM

Sick of these scam calls. I keep blocking and they keep calling under another number the week after and c****ing the name of the caller. Same **** call back within 24 hours because i've breached some agreement. I have NO agreements, nothing. This stuff is ridiculous and needs to stop! Reported here and to the FCC

Old Eddie is a pretty popular guy it seems. I'm tempted to call back but it's not worth my time.

Called my daughters phone with this message..said his name is Eddie Green and there is an important message for (my name). Your bank draft agreement for dismissal has been breached. Call back at 855.854.3352...These people are beyond disgusting and I wish there was a way to catch them all!!!

Heavy accent. Said his name is Eddie Green then an automated message takes over saying this is an important message for (my mother in laws) name. Your bank (____) account has been breached. Call back at 855.854.3352 Has to be scammers. If there is an issue with your bank then YOUR bank would call you.

It is very hard to understand- sounds like "***in" so****ing has been breached.

Said I breached a binding contract. So****ing about a bank draft., the audio was very hard to understand.

Left voicemail stating: My bank draft agreement has been breached.

Claim breach of contract and threatened to take action.

Claims there has been a breach of contract. These calls have been going on for over a year. I just keep blocking the number & they call from a different number.

They said I breach a contract and are asking me if my last four digits of my social security are correct. Don't give them any info. They said it's regarding an old debt that has not been paid. ********!

Woman called my job today, wouldn't state her name or the name of her business. Wanted to verify all my personal data. Mumbled in a low voice so****ing about a judgement. I told her you are a scammer, do not call my job a***n and informed her I am reporting her to the National Do Not Call Registry which I did.

Called my cell phone. Same spiel others have mentioned--no identification of "the office", binding agreement, etc. Even my caller id shows "Scam Likely".

Same as all the others. Any "company" that will not say the company name or what the supposed debt is for is fraudulent and a scam. I've experienced calls like this for years, I think they must sell lists back and forth to one another.

They left a voicemail that I breached a "***in Craft" agreement which sounds awesome, I just wish i knew what that is...

Stating I am in break of contract. At least it's not "mutual express" as other calls have said. They never identify the company nor the debt that I am supposedly in breach of. Funny - I am not in breach of anything.

Called saying some type of breach of contract. Called my phone but were asking for my mom's name.
