Call came in on my boss's line while I was away from my desk. Voice mail message was so****ing like, "If you have any information leading to the whereabouts of this individual, call us at 855-875-7835. Paperwork is being filed with the district court..." No information about who "this individual" supposedly is. I googled the number, but called back anyway. Got a live person quickly. He asked for my name. I said the call came on my boss's line so he then wanted my bosses name. When I told him, he said "there's been a formal complaint lodged" a***nst my boss. I laughed, told him it was total BS and that I'd googled the number...at which point he ***g up on me.
Scammers. They won't tell you what they are calling about. They just say they are sear****g for you and that they represent a private person. I told them that I can't help them if they won't give me any information and the girl laughed and said that she doesn't really care what I do.
