Leave a CommentI got a call from a private number on my cell. He said his name was Larry or Jerry Swaboda and he had just recieved a fax of bad checks and he had my full name and maiden name and gave me a case number in which the last four numbers of the case number was my SS#. He told me to call 8558882803 and that this was my notice. He sounded intimidating. He did not identify who he was calling for. I called that number after hours and got the answering ma****e of Shadow Creek Capital. I looked that up and I did not find a website for them but did find this: SHADOW CREEK CAPITAL, LLC is a Miscellaneous Intermediation company located in Cheshire, Connecticut. It was a find a business page and it said it had 2 employees. The call did smell of a scam but am unsure.
This is what happens to pole dancers when the drugs ***** up their ability to dance. They turn into w****s for a payday loan company. Telling folks they are an "Alternate Dispute Resolution Firm" is like saying...sure ******cks will get you a ********!
